Sean Gerrity

Owner, Technical Director, Instructor

Sean began a lifetime of an obsession with music at an early age. His passion was fostered by a singer for a father, a pianist for a mother. Although Sean's father was a singer, he didn't start out as one. He started at an early age playing the saxophone to impress his grandfather. In high school he switched to percussion and didn't start singing for anything more than a hobby until he was 21. By the age of 24, he found himself already chasing down his dreams by performing full time for Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL. Here he met performers who would later leave Disney together to start a group called Mosaic. That group took Sean to headlining onboard Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.

From there they relocated to Las Vegas where they began co-headlining on the Las Vegas Strip at the Flamingo Hotel with comedian George Wallace. It began a 6 year run in his life where he was able to check off many items from his bucket list. Performing with the likes of Prince, Tony Bennett, Stevie Wonder, Jay Leno, and Jerry Seinfeld were thrilling. On top of that, he was able to perform on the red carpet for shows like the Grammys and the Academy Awards. National TV was next up as the group won MTV's Top Pop Group and was voted the #1 acappella group in America by Boyz II Men on CBS. Sean left that group with two other original members to relocate back to Celebration in the summer of 2011. Here they formed their newest group, The Edge Effect. He's blessed to work with people he loves. He is beyond excited to embark on this latest mission of educating the next generation of performer with the love of his life, Christina. They have two beautiful (and insane) children and reside in Celebration.
