Tap

Madi grew up in the northern Virginia suburbs of Washington, D.C. She began dancing at the age of 4 and quickly fell in love. Madi trained in many genres including ballet, jazz, tap, pointe, hip-hop, and contemporary. She was invited to join her studio's competition team at age 8 and continued competing with her studio throughout high school, in addition to being a member of her high school's varsity dance team all 4 years. After graduating high school, she attended Radford University in southwest Virginia and joined the RU Rockers Dance Team. While at Radford, she participated in various events and promotions to support her school's D1 athletics program, appearing on ESPN and other sports networks. She competed annually at NDA College Nationals in Daytona, FL, achieving the highest placements in the history of her team. During this time, Madi also began teaching at local dance studios in the Roanoke area, working with the studios' competition teams and recreational classes. In 2015, Madi graduated from Radford University with her Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing, with a concentration in Analytics.

After college, Madi worked in the northern Virginia area for a small business and later a trade association as part of their in-house marketing teams. On the side, she also coached for a local dance team and taught at multiple studios in the area, working with both recreational and competitive students. After moving to Florida in 2018, Madi continued teaching dance in addition to her full-time career as a marketing professional.

Madi currently lives in Celebration, FL with her husband and their two dogs. By day she works as the Director of Digital Marketing at Boost Creative, but spends her afternoons working with the wonderful students at Celebration Arts Academy. Madi primarily specializes in teaching Tap, but also teaches Jazz, Lyrical, Ballet, and Creative Movement.
